Motivation
In the past I had to devise a method for comprehending a complex service that was provided over many years, and for each 'customer' the interactions could be with over 30 providers - and sub-providers (those they do not interract directly with).

The data in the diagrams has been anonymised, and although the layout tooling is automatic, the keys generated from the interaction types, and the complete diagram is data driven.
